Tell us what you would like to assess

Include the product name or link, the material or finish you are considering, and the question you want a sample to help resolve. You may be comparing tones, reviewing surface texture or coordinating a piece with other materials in your scheme.

If you are enquiring about a full product sample rather than a material swatch, please make that distinction in your request.

Include your project details

Share your name, studio or business, delivery location and preferred timing. A short description of the space and the products under consideration will give your enquiry useful context.

Before arranging a sample, ask us to confirm the available options, any charges, shipping costs and estimated dispatch timing. If a sample is offered on loan, confirm the return arrangements as well.

Assess samples alongside adjacent finishes and under the lighting planned for the space. Before finalising your specification, clarify how the sample relates to the selected product, including any relevant variation in colour, grain, texture or finish.
